I have used Figures and Faces (Deb Evington and Tony Evington) as part of my business support team since 2010. I have had numerous problems with administrative and bookkeeping staff over the years, prior to giving Deb and Tony a go at helping me with my bookkeeping and administrative needs. It had been my experience that many of the people I had employed or used as contractors previously, although theoretically well qualified and experienced, many lacked the necessary intelligence, flexibility and commitment to meet the diverse range of needs of my business. I have known Deborah Evington since Jan 2010. Deborah operates her own bookkeeping business, of which we have many mutual clients. Deborah shows complete competency when it comes to all facets of clients bookkeeping needs, including processing and calculating Wages/PAYGW; Quarterly and Monthly GST Report and calculations of PAYGI and Fuel Tax Credits for her clients Business Activity Statements. Deborah is highly proficient in many accounting software packages, particular MYOB, Quick Books and Xero. She is able to install these for clients, making sure correct tax codes are used as well as training clients to maintain their own databases.
