- Periodic revision of bookkeeping database (accounting software)

- Explanations of Profit and Loss Statements & Balance Sheets
- Cash Flow Strategy Advice
Administration Services – $ 40/hr**
Feeling swamped in your office & chained to your desk?
We can help with other work that may relate to the general running of your business.

Business Mentoring $250/hr
We offer a Business Mentoring service which provides a range of information sessions that cover:
- How to set up a simple accounts administration & bookkeeping system
- How to choose the right accounting software package for your business
- How to implement an ATO compliance budget so you’re not caught short at BAS time
- How to manage payroll and cash flow (including Superannuation compliance)
- How to prepare/budget for staff leave (including the business owner!)
Software Set-up and Training – $90/hr
We can be there only when you need us!
Need help with your accounting software needs? Having trouble understanding what goes where? We are fluent in MYOB, QuickBooks Online (QBO) & Xero.
Here’s how we help:
- Installation & Set-up of Accounting Software tailored perfectly for your business
- Training on how to use your software
ATO Lodgement Services
We can prepare reports & lodgements as you require.
- IAS Lodgements (monthly) – $100 per lodgement
- BAS Lodgements (monthly or quarterly) – $135 per lodgement
- TPAR Lodgments (annually) – $135 per lodgement
- STP Final Event Lodgements (annually) – $135 per lodgement
Travel Time – $33/hr
Do you want us to work onsite at your business site? We can come to you within certain area limits. We charge a maximum of 2 hours for a return journey in the Sydney metro area. Please call us to discuss if this service is available to you.
